Terms of service: Complete the form below and we'll send over this document. Please review and sign our terms of service. Your signature on this sets the wheels in motion for your raffle.
Raffle setup form: Once you’ve reviewed and signed the terms of service, you'll receive an email from our customer service team with the raffle setup form.
Complete this form and provide the necessary details of your raffle fundraiser, including your ticket packages, raffle rules, and relevant dates. Once you complete this form, your raffle webpage can go live in as little as three business days.
Dashboard: New to Rafflebox? Our customer service team will reach out with your login credentials for the dashboard, where you will control your raffle events from here on out. Our team will assist in setting up your Stripe Connect Merchant Account and answer any technical questions you might have.
If you already have your Rafflebox Dashboard set up from hosting previous raffles for your organization, log into the dashboard with your private credentials and review the details to finalize your newest raffle (your raffle will be ready for review 1-3 days after the above form has been submitted).
