If you've ever supported a local charity, non-profit or sports group through Rafflebox, you're familiar with our platform's seamless, virtual journey from transaction to email confirmation.
After completing the transaction, ticket buyers eagerly anticipate their email confirmation with their ticket numbers, sent directly to the provided inbox during checkout.
But sometimes, things aren't as smooth as we'd hope.
It seems that some ticket purchasers haven't been receiving their tickets via email as quickly as expected. 😕 Rest assured, we're on top of it!
From a sneaky typo in the email address provided at checkout to the confirmation email getting lost in your junk mail or being blocked by your email provider, there are a few hiccups that can occur.
To make things easier for you, we've introduced an instant solution for access to your tickets post-purchase (no email confirmation required*).
While you will still receive an email confirmation with your ticket numbers, you can now simply click the "Download Tickets" button on the confirmation page after buying to download them!
No more waiting around for an email.
