As our In-Venue Support Rep at Rafflebox, Michael manages shipping and receiving in-venue machines to their destinations all over Canada. He works with our customers to guide them in the onboarding process and ensures each event runs smoothly.
Our in-venue solution
Our in-venue solution includes handheld machines that can instantly sell tickets, take tap, credit or debit payments, and print ticket numbers and receipts. The product is great for concerts, outdoor festivals, hockey games, or rodeos — any event that has the opportunity to sell 50/50 tickets and grow a jackpot for a charity!

Michael’s favourite part of working at Rafflebox is having the opportunity to provide charitable organizations with the necessary tools and platforms to succeed. Helping others has always been a passion of his and working with a company that does this every day, is a perfect match.
❇️Highlights
Michael graduated from NSCC with a Diploma in Business Administration. He previously worked in the solar industry as a project coordinator for a local Halifax company.
He loves spending time with family and friends and enjoys anything to do with the outdoors — from hiking, golfing, skiing, and much more.
❇️What you didn't know
Michael has been a coach for the Learn to Sledge program with Easter Seals for the past six years, teaching kids with physical disabilities how to play sledge hockey.
